Keller Williams Profit Share

Wow! Congrats to our KWAZ associate, Cara Breese-Lonsdale! If you have not fully engaged in understanding the profit sharing system and it’s benefit to you, please let me know!

This is what passive income looks like with Keller Williams

Dear Friends,

Today, I am excited to share with you that this month marks a very special milestone in my profit share history with Keller Williams.

As of the 21st of this month (technically April since profit share is paid in arrears), I have achieved over $100K in lifetime profit share earnings with Keller Williams!

According to my profit share report on KW.com, I am 1 of only 432 agents within the entire KW system to achieve this. The report also lists that I am 1 of only 2 agents that have achieved this in my marketcenter.

As a new agent back in 1997, there were so many choices out there, and Keller Williams was relatively unheard of. I am so thankful to John Dyer, my first team leader at the KW office at 64th street and Bell Rd, for showing me the profit share model and introducing me to a revolutionary business model that would grow beyond my wildest dreams. I am also grateful to Denny McComb and Tom Draney for their support, encouragement and advice through those early years. They provided consistancy and stability for me as a new agent.

It wasn't big money to start, and it took several years for me to truly grasp the concept and importance of bulding my profit share tree. However, by 2004, my profit share had blasted off.

Now, nearing 400 agents in my tree (even a team leader or two!) I am reminded just how blessed I am to have become part of such a rewarding family.

I just wanted to take a moment, and give thanks to each one of you for your contribution toward my success. I look forward to working toward the next milestone of $500K! :)

Thanks,
